オフィシャルツアーグッズに関しまして、今回中国生産の商品が多く、新型コロナウイルス発生による、中国国内の生産ラインの停止、物流停止などの状況が起き、予定していた数の商品の納品が難しい状況となっております。

そのため、売り切れ等お客様には大変ご不便·ご迷惑をおかけしてしまい申し訳ございません。
只今現地の状況を確認しながら、ツアーグッズのEC販売等、皆様にお届け出来るよう対応策を考えておりますので決まり次第ご案内させて頂きます。

また2/6(木)仙台公演より、誠に勝手ながら会場でのツアーグッズのご購入は1会計につきお一人様各種1つまでとさせて頂きます。

たくさんの方に少しでもご満足頂けるよう、ご協力をお願い致します。

また、会場にご来場いただくお客様におかれましては、感染拡大予防の趣旨をご理解いただき、下記ご協力のほどお願い致します。

●発熱・咳・全身痛などの症状がある場合は、会場にご来場される前に必ず医療機関にご連絡の上、指定された医療機関で受診されますようお願いいたします。

●咳エチケットをお守りください。

 ・マスクを着用する

 ・ティッシュ・ハンカチなどで口や鼻を覆う

 ・上着の内側や袖で覆う

●うがい・手洗いの励行をお願いいたします。

●咳・くしゃみなどの症状がある方は、必ずマスク着用にご協力お願いいたします。

Important Customer Notice

Our official tour goods currently include a large number of products manufactured in China. The recent outbreak of the coronavirus has caused production lines and the distribution of goods from China to become suspended. Hence, we are currently finding it difficult to fulfill the delivery of products in the quantities originally planned.

We are extremely sorry to cause considerable inconvenience to our customers due to our lack of stock.

We are currently monitoring the situation in China and making contingency plans for our online sites selling tour goods. We will inform you in due course once we have finalized our plans.

Starting with the performance in Sendai on February 6th (Thu), purchases of tour goods will be restricted to one item per person, per transaction.

Our aim is to ensure that as many people as possible are able to make a purchase. We really appreciate your kind understanding.

In addition, we would like to ask customers to observe the following guidelines aimed at preventing the spread of the coronavirus: 

·If you experience any symptoms such as fever, coughing, or muscle aches across the whole body, please make sure to contact a medical institution and undertake any necessary medical examinations before attending the venue.

·Follow good coughing etiquette:

・Wear a mask.

・Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue, handkerchief, or similar.

・Cover your face using the inside of your coat or sleeve.

·Follow a strict routine of gargling and washing your hands.

·If you are coughing or sneezing, always wear a mask.

·Please note that our staff may also be wearing masks when dealing with customers.

致各位到場來賓之須知及注意事項

關於官方巡演周邊商品，這次由於眾多商品在中國生產，而中國因發生新型冠狀病毒疫情，出現生產線停產與物流暫停服務等情況，導致難以交付預定數量的商品。

 因此，對於商品售罄等造成各位不便與困擾的情形，在此致上深深的歉意。

目前我方正在確認當地情形，並考慮透過網路販售巡演周邊商品等應對措施，待確定後將另行公布。

此外，自2/6（四）的仙台公演起，會場周邊商品每人每種限購一件，造成不便敬請見諒。為了盡可能滿足更多人，懇請各位配合。

為了防止疫情擴大，希望各位到場來賓能理解並配合下列事項。

●如果您有發燒、咳嗽、全身痠痛等症狀，請務必於到場前聯絡醫療機構，並至指定醫療機構就診。

●請遵守咳嗽禮節。

 ・配戴口罩

 ・使用衛生紙、手帕等物遮住口鼻

 ・或使用上衣內側、衣袖遮住

●請勤加洗手與漱口。

●如果您有咳嗽、打噴嚏等症狀，請務必配戴口罩。

●工作人員在服務時可能會配戴口罩，敬請見諒。
